Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you submit when you take the coverage clarity test.
What we collect
The email address, name, and birthdate you enter to start the test, plus your answers to the six coverage questions. A mobile number is optional and only collected if you provide it.
Why we collect it
Your answers are used to calculate the coverage estimate and the report shown at the end of the test. Your contact details are used to send you that report and to follow up about it.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare, in the region configured for this deployment. Email delivery is handled by Resend. No payment details are collected anywhere in this funnel.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Aira Alcera. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with other advisors, brokers, or insurers.
How long we keep it
Your record is kept while you are an active enquiry, and for the period required by insurance record-keeping rules if you become a client. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you can ask to access, correct, or erase the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to further processing. Requests are actioned within the period the law allows.
