I took the test expecting a sales pitch. What I got was a number, and a clear reason why my old plan was the wrong shape for my family.

The part that helped was seeing the gap written down. I had cover through work and assumed that was enough.

  • 5 out of 5

Aira walked me through the report on a call and never once pushed the most expensive option. We built up from term cover.

I am a single parent, so the education piece mattered more than anything else. It was the first time anyone planned around that.

About

About Aira

I left a corporate finance role to do this full time, which means your plan is not something I fit around a day job.

Most of the people I sit down with already have some coverage. The problem is usually that it was bought for the wrong reason, at the wrong size, or without anyone checking what their employer already pays for.

My job is to tell you the size of your gap, show you the options that fit it, and be straight with you when the honest answer is that you do not need anything else.

I would rather lose a sale than sell you a plan you do not need.

One thing worth knowing before you start

Not everyone gets approved, and the reasons are usually outside your control.

  • A single finding can close the door

A routine check can turn into an exclusion, a premium loading, or a decline. Once it is on your record, that window is gone.

  • Price moves with age, not with need

The same cover costs more at 45 than at 35. Waiting is a decision with a price attached, even when it does not feel like one.

  • Healthy today is the cheapest you will ever be

If you are insurable right now, that is the whole argument for at least finding out your number.

Questions people ask before starting

Is the test really free, or is it a lead form?

It is free and it produces a real report before anyone contacts you. I do follow up, because that is how the practice works, but nothing is charged and nothing is required.

What happens to my information?

It is used to generate your report and to contact you about it. It is not sold or shared with other advisors. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Do I need to know anything about insurance first?

No. The questions are about your household and your income. Nothing on the test asks you to compare products or understand terminology.

Do you only sell investment-linked plans?

No. Plenty of people are better served by plain term cover, and that costs a fraction of what a linked plan does. The report tells you the size of the need; the product type comes after.

I already have cover through my employer. Is this still useful?

That is the most common case, and usually the answer is yes. Group cover typically ends when the job ends, and the amount is rarely sized to your actual household.
